Making a Booking

To secure accommodation that best suits your requirements, we suggest you book in advance as the area is very busy at certain times of year.

Online

 Properties showing this symbol can be booked online immediately, in 'real time'. Simply check the availability and then follow the instructions to make your booking. You will be charged a non-refundable 10% deposit, which is deducted from your final accommodation bill. 

 Properties showing this symbol can also be booked online but with these properties the availability is checked: an automated email is generated and the accommodation provider will respond within 18 hours. Only once the booking has been confirmed will you be charged the same non-refundable 10% deposit (again deducted from your final accommodation bill).
 
For properties not showing either of the above symbols, you will need to contact the establishments directly in order to see whether they have availability.

By Email

Simply download the accommodation booking form (108k doc) and email the completed form to burford.vic@westoxon.gov.uk. Tourist information staff will then try and find you suitable accommodation, based on your requirements. The cost of this service is £3.50, plus 10% non-refundable deposit (deducted from your final accommodation bill).

By Telephone

Our Visitor Information Centre staff are knowledgeable about the accommodation featured on this website and should you want to discuss your requirements in greater detail or want to take advantage of their knowledge and advice, you can simply call the Accommodation Booking Hotline on +44 (0)1993 823590. They will make a booking for you, based on your requirements. The charge for this service is only £3.50, plus the same non-refundable 10% deposit (deducted from your final accommodation bill).

In Person

If you visit any of our Visitor Information Centres, our staff can arrange accommodation for you. Again the cost of this service is only £3.50 plus the 10% deposit. If you arrive after they have closed, you will find available accommodation information on the out-of-hours information boards displayed outside. If you are travelling on to another destination within the UK, we can also Book a Bed Ahead for you. Securing your accommodation in advance will allow you to enjoy a relaxing journey to your next destination, without the worry of a last minute search.
