Cotswold Woollen Weavers
The clack of the loom-shuttles and an evocative smell of wool oil welcomes visitors to this traditional working mill housed in splendid 18th century buildings. The industrial revolution comes alive, as age old skills spin and weave fleece into wonderful woollen fabric. There are permanent exhibition areas, a coffee shop and picnic area. The well- stocked mill shop offers a wide range of garments, knitwear, cloth and accessories, all woven on the premises. Also, stone masonry centre and stone gallery for architectural and garden items in local limestone.
