Friars Court
Friars Court is a family home and can only be visited by pre-booked groups of between 12 and 50 guests. The house is surrounded by 4 acres of part-moated gardens and ponds. There are level paths suitable for wheelchairs. A Nature Trail includes woods, lakeland habitate, water meadow and willow biofuel plantation. Alternative energy display area with examples of wind and solar power. Guided tours of the gardens and trail can be arranged. The grounds can also be hired for private parties and receptions of up to 150 guests. Licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
