Farmers' Markets take place in Witney, Chipping Norton, Woodstock and Charlbury. The produce on offer will vary with the season but examples of what can be bought include fresh meat, trout and fresh fish, plants, shrubs and herbs, fruit and vegetables, wine and apple juice, honey and preserves, baked bread, cakes and pastries, free range eggs, local homemade dressings, pottery and local crafts.
All products sold are grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholder, so you can be confident in the food that you are buying and ask questions as to it's origins. The stallholders attend from within a 30 mile radius of the town where possible, with most coming from within a 20 mile radius.
