Group Travel

The attractions
Set against a backdrop of outstanding natural beauty, the Oxfordshire Cotswolds offers a huge range of opportunities to the group travel organiser. As well as familiar household names and guaranteed ‘crowd pleasers’, like Blenheim Palace and Cotswold Wildlife Park, the area boasts a number of smaller, more intimate attractions offering something quite different. These range from historic houses like Chastleton, Kelmscott and Rousham to specialist museums such as Cogges Manor Farm or the Oxford Bus Museum, to evocative sites like the ruins of Minster Lovell Hall and the pre-historic Rollright Stones and to specialist craft manufacturers like Aston Pottery and Cotswold Woollen Weavers, a compelling blend of traditional and contemporary.

If food and drink are more what your group is interested in there is a plethora of choice including visiting the local brewery - Wychwood Brewery in Witney where you can have a tour and sample the local ales, local wine merchants – the Oxford Wine Company in Standlake, where wine tasting can be arranged on request and even visit the award winning local Food Producer – Foxbury Farm in Brize Norton.

The towns
Picturesque towns like Burford, Chipping Norton, Witney and Woodstock, provide the perfect opportunity for exploration, for refreshment and for ‘retail therapy’. Not only does each town have its own surprises and delights to offer but ,on a more practical note, each town also has a coach drop off point and free, designated coach parking!
