Located in the heart of England, the Oxfordshire Cotswolds is served by a comprehensive network of national and international road, rail and air links. There are local transport services for getting about but this is a rural area, so you'll need to plan your local journeys before you set off to explore each day.
The Oxfordshire Cotswolds is served by excellent links to the A34 and M40, providing easy access to London, Birmingham and the remainder of the national motorway network.
There are excellent services to and from Oxford and London, as well of a large number of local bus services, including the RailBus services linking to the Cotswolds & Malverns Line trains.

Oxfordshire County Council - transport pages have details of all bus operators and services in the county, plus a downloadable bus map, showing the routes and numbers of each service.
The Cotswolds & Malverns Line operates from London (Paddington) to Hereford and Worcester with seven stations including Charlbury in the heart of the area. The London (Paddington) to Birmingham line also stops at Tackley station, in the east of the area.
