Cotswold View camping pods

Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park lies in the midst of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds in an area of outstanding natural beauty over-looking the Evenlode Valley and Wychwood Forest. Set in 54 acres of rolling, wooded farmland, the spacious pitches offer the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.

Cotswold View has broad grass walks and well-signed forest and farm trails around the park where you can see a variety of farm animals including horses, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks and Shetland ponies. There are attractive playgrounds for the children including one for under-fives, and a tennis court and skittle alley for hire. We offer a small, well-stocked shop and off-licence. A wealth of tourist  information is also available.

The campsite is complete with excellent onsite restaurant The Old Shed, serving great food from breakfast to dinner.

Camping Pods
NEW: try one of the camping pods, insulated wooden huts designed to be used like a tent. Our pods have the advantage of being set up, ready for use, on your arrival so bring all the camping gear but forget about the tent!

The pod is an insulated wooden hut designed to be used like a tent however there is no need to worry about where those poles go or whether you brought the mallet for the pegs. Each pod has plenty of headroom and ample space for two people alone or two adults and two children, with an interior carpeted floor area 8 feet (2.5m) wide by 9 feet (2.75m) long and a forward projecting porch to provide some shelter if the doors are open.

There is a raised area of timber decking extending the 'living area' and providing somewhere to sit and relax, admire the view, sun-bathe, dine out or should the weather be bad, lose the wet gear before going inside.

There are also pods available which can accommodate up to six people.
